We carry out all the legal and official paperwork on your behalf, meaning you do not have to worry about a thing. If a temporary structure licence is required our team will contact the local council and fill out all the relevant applications.
We acknowledge all the requirements of the Construction Industry Regulation and understand the legal obligations under the Health and Safety Act 1974 and related health and safety legislation TG20:21 and SG4:15

PLANNING

All projects begin with a full site survey. From here, we our qualified surveyors will highlight any risks, and eliminate any potential further risks. We will also discuss any requirements from our clients so that we can accommodate to your every need. The safety of our contractors and anyone using the scaffolding is of high importance and interest to our company.

SCAFFOLD ERECTION

When the design is agreed, Beacon Scaffolding will bring our scaffolding supplies to your location on a time and day that suits you. We will then begin the work on your scaffolding erection within the agreed time frame. Our qualified team of scaffolders are here to provide a safe, reliable and comprehensive scaffolding service for commercial and domestic purposes throughout London.

ADAPTATIONS

Throughout your scaffolding service, Beacon Scaffolding will be there for you. Should any problems or questions arise, we will be able to respond to these changing demands no matter the type of scaffolding you need, giving you full comfort in our team and our services.

INSPECTION AND DISMANTLING

Beacon Scaffolding will make arrangements for the site to be visited on a regular basis. This is to make sure that structure is safe for use. To help keep the costs low, we always aim for fast dismantling and collection. Our scaffolders always put as much care into dismantling as they put into the original build. This is to ensure that your contractors and members of the public are always safe on and around the scaffolding.

Installed a 14m high scaffold tower for a boiler flue replacement at my property in North London. Being a scaffold designer I have high standards for scaffolder's and Beacon didn't disappoint. They were competitively priced, worked to a tight timetable and the scaffold enabled the boiler installer to replace the flue on programme. We're a block of 3 Georgian terraced houses which are managed together, and were particularly keen that our contractors were sympathetic to the fact that these are listed buildings and need careful treatment. Beacon were very careful in erecting the scaffolding, particularly when every single pole and board had to be moved through the main hallway to be re-erected at the back! They also worked very quickly and efficiently - a job expected to take 3-4 days each time (front, and then back) took only 2 working days, and at the end of the job bringing the poles and boards down and through the hallway again took only a day. There was some slight damage to a neighbour's front steps, which the company dealt with immediately and to the satisfaction of our neighbour. I was particularly taken with the fact that, being a small family firm, they offer a very personal service. Georgia replied to every email almost immediately, even late at night, and was very proactive and reassuring whenever I had a query or concern. I must also add that, although we were quoted for 8 weeks' of scaffolding, when I requested some leeway in case of unforeseen problems or bad weather, they unhesitatingly allowed us 12 weeks for the same price. And they took the scaffolding down within a day of it being requested by our contractor! All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beacon Scaffolding.

Don't listen to all the moaning people scaffolding blocks doors an windows as it don't float in the air, let this hard working company get on with it, if you don't like a window blocked or a door don't have your roof fixed it's simple mathematical
